Impact is part of Hampshire County Council’s Adult Health & Care Learning & Development Team who provide training and information for staff working in the adult health and social sector in the UK.
They are promoting two courses at the moment, which can be found below and feature a wide range of dates and locations.
Course 1
Lead to succeed
This learning programme will help aspiring new managers and deputies to develop their leadership and management potential, gain knowledge and be supported and challenged to put this into practice.
Participants will understand how successful behaviours and practical strategies can support them in their day-to-day work.
Lead to Succeed is delivered over five learning and development modules.
• Module 1 – Successful behaviours for leaders and managers.
• Module 2 – Developing a positive culture.
• Module 3 – Effective supervision.
• Module 4 – Leading and managing the process of change.
• Module 5 – Leading and managing the inspection process add full stop

Course 2
Well led
This programme is suitable for both new and experienced managers in the social care sector. It is designed to enable leaders to deliver care in line with the expectations of a well-led service. The series of practical modules will develop managers’ leadership skills, enabling them to advance their service and have a real impact in their workplace.
Well-led is delivered over four interactive learning and development modules.

• Module 2: Leading a successful service – looking around
• Module 3: Leading high-performing teams – looking sideways
• Module 4: Leading in and beyond the boundaries of your service – looking outwards
