Improving Probation Support to Ethnic Minority People on Probation

The Probation Service in South Central region is seeking to improve the work that we do with Ethnic Minority people on probation. We want to make our services more responsive, relevant and effective to improve outcomes for all, and wish to consult widely on how best to do so. We are therefore reaching out to community partners, our staff and service users and inviting them to influence change by helping us to review our current activity, identify what works and where we need to do better. We have set aside funding for local voluntary and community sector partners to help us to meet needs identified via this process.
