Screening of the film Embrace for International Women’s Day

A community event between The Hilt Community Centre and VieNess Discover You Love You CIC.
A free screening of "Embrace", a brilliant film that shows us how to celebrate our bodies. Following the film, there will be a Q&A with Vie Portland, founder of VieNessCIC, and award-winning confidence coach.
If you have ever felt unhappy in your body, you have children that are struggling, this is a great film to see. Bring friends that need reminding how fantastic they are!
The film is rated as 12A because there is a short birth scene; if your children are happy with that, they are very welcome, too.
The event is free. There will be refreshments available.
Donations to VieNessCIC will be appreciated.
