The Winchester Beacon Supporters’ Evening

The evening is an opportunity to reflect on the many ways that the charity is working together with the community to bring hope and change to the lives of people experiencing homelessness in Winchester. It will also be a chance to discover more about the new leadership at The Winchester Beacon and plans for the coming season.
As well as news and stories from The Winchester Beacon, Dr Nick Maguire from the Centre for Homelessness Research and Practice will be the guest speaker. Nick will share thought-provoking insight into the approaches being taken to support people facing homelessness.
Date: Thursday 10th October.
Time: Arrive from 6.30pm for light refreshments, ready to take seats at 7pm. We anticipate the event ending around 8pm with an opportunity afterwards to chat to staff and meet other supporters.
Venue: The Arc, Jewry Street, Winchester, SO23 8SB.
