Art in August: Two Must-See Events in Fareham this Summer
The Southern Nature Art Exhibition is back for its eighth year. The largest nature art exhibition in southern England will take place over August Bank Holiday weekend 26th-29th, at Cams Hill School in Fareham (10:00-17:00). The exhibition will feature a wide range of themes, such as wildlife, landscapes and seascapes, in a variety of styles including paintings, textiles, ceramics and photography.
The Art and Crafts fair will also return to Cams Hill School for its second year, on the 20th-21st August (10:00-16:00). This market will feature a wide variety of local artisans.
There is free entry and parking at both events, along with a tea room to relax with refreshments. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Workshops are also available from the 24th-25th August for you and your family to try out new skills, including working with inks, airbrushing, and watercolours.
