Connect Fund: Peer Networks Programme

The Peer Networks Programme is funded by the Connect Fund and aims to increase peer connections between voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations and create opportunities for organisations to work together.

Problem solve with your peers through Action Learning!

We are providing FREE monthly half-day Action Learning Group sessions for anyone involved in a voluntary, community, or social enterprise organisation, who would like to bring issues they are facing to a peer support group.

What is Action Learning?

Action Learning is group coaching, guided by an experienced faciliator. The half-day sessions, which usually run over several months, support individuals to work through their issues and challenges. It is an opportunity for participants to learn from each other, share ideas, raise and address issues and talk through concerns. By problem solving together this can ultimately put individuals and organisations in a stronger position to apply for social investment.
