AccessAble will be hosting a free webinar on inclusive employment - the importance of accessible working environments.
What you will learn:
This session will highlight best practices in creating accessible working environments for disabled people. AccessAble’s Head of Marketing, Carrie-Ann Lightley, will be joined by panellists Beth Wooller, Chloe Tear, and Ross Hovey.
Our panellists will share their lived expertise of disability, how working environments have been made accessible to them, and how disabled employees can be better served.

About the panellists
Beth Wooller was born with a moderate-severe hearing impairment in both ears, which her parents discovered when she was five. Beth is dedicated to helping people with disabilities and differences to excel in life with the proper support at the right time. Beth represented the RNID at the Houses of Parliament, the DWP and Number 10 Downing Street, making a case for more efficient Access to Work processes. Beth has presented as a keynote speaker and panellist for businesses, including British Land (on the importance of building accessible spaces from the start) and for the Business Disability Forum (on working virtually post-pandemic).
Chloe Tear is an award-winning disability blogger and freelancer. She’s passionate about challenging public attitudes and giving a candid insight into life as a disabled young person. She also works for Scope as a content designer where she writes information and advice that support disabled people and their families.
Ross Hovey has has delivered in a variety of roles within Lloyds Banking Group during a career of 20 years. He is both a Banking and HR CiPD Specialist, but for the past 5 years has specialised in bespoke roles which focus on Lloyds Banking Group's Disability Agenda. He brings his lived disability experiences and knowledge of the disability in the workplace to ensure the Group is an Accessible employer for existing and prospective colleagues living with disabilities.
