Community Engagement – Online Workshop

Community engagement enables you to:
Gather evidence of the need for your services or projects (both for internal purposes and funders)
Collect feedback on current service/project delivery to improve future services
Refine potential service/project delivery ideas
Get community buy-in to your organisation and projects
What will you learn at this workshop?
You will gain practical tips, tricks, and resources to confidently undertake community engagement and consultation. This workshop is aimed at those with little to some experience of community engagement practices and will support you to meaningfully involve your community in planning and activity/product development. Whether your 'community' are local people, beneficiaries, or customers, genuine engagement can help get their buy in and ensure your organisation remains relevant to them.
The session will be delivered be Hannah Henshaw. Hannah has undertaken community engagement in various community settings and roles, and has experience of implementing and training in an Asset Based Community Development approach.
