Howard the Average Gecko: The Chemistry of Colours (Ages 3-7)

On Wednesday 19 October at 10am the Campaign for Learning's ChemiStories project are running a free workshop which you can watch live from your home, school or nursery to explore the chemistry of colour with a special reading of Howard the Average Gecko by author Wendy Meddour. Then, learn some Makaton, sing along to a gecko song and join in with some colourful chemistry experiments involving salt water solutions and Smarties!
Once registered you will recieve a list of materials and instructions so that you can join in the experiments. A recording of the event will be available through YouTube so that you can watch the experiments again.
