Let’s talk about climate and nature!

A just transition is the idea that as we need to take more action to protect the climate and nature, we need to make sure these actions take into consideration everyone in society, so that it is fair for everyone.

We’ve teamed up with the Sustainability and Resilience Institute at the University of Southampton to bring you a super quick and informative session that will explore what a just transition is further. As part of this session, we will explain how you can get involved in what a just transition looks like for Hampshire via an exciting focus group opportunity.

This session is for you if:

• You’re interested in talking about or finding out more about climate and nature action
• You want to learn what a just transition is
• You want to help shape what a just transition looks like for Hampshire
• You want to find out how you can raise your voice in the fight against climate change

This session will be held via Zoom on Wednesday 14th May at 13:00 – 13:30 and is open to anyone in Hampshire including VCSE representatives and community members – so please share far and wide!
