November Wellbeing Day

04/11/2023 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

In this Wellbeing Day Kim Furnish and Caroline Livingstone will show you practical tools to increase your positivity, help you to meditate easily, and improve your self-care.

If you feel like something is missing in your life, it’s probably you! We can spend so much of our time looking after other people that we forget about looking after ourselves. Let a day of wellbeing increase your positivity, happiness and wellbeing. The Wellbeing Day begins with a laughter session, which will increase your happy hormones and boost your immune system. This is followed by a session of positivity, meditation and singing bowls, a session of self-care, and finally a space for reflection with a journaling session. These sessions will give you a boost of energy, positivity and calm.

You can stay for the whole day or choose which sessions you would like to attend. The whole day is £50, or individually the laughter session is £5, and sessions of positivity, meditation and self-care are £20 each. If you would like to feel happier and more joyful, and learn ways to be more positive, join Kim and Caroline on their wellbeing day on Saturday 4th November 10am – 4pm.
