Do charities and think tanks have a class diversity problem?

Think tanks and anti-poverty charities have an outsized influence on public life, and help shape the political and media agenda. But how well do they represent and understand the experiences of working-class people?

To understand more, RECLAIM , available via this link, have surveyed more than 275 people from working-class backgrounds who’ve worked in think tanks and charities, ran a series of in-depth focus groups, and brought think tank directors together to discuss the problem.
