Supporting Communities in Shaping Health and Social Care Workshop

Action Hampshire is working in partnership with Healthwatch Hampshire to collect stories and experiences about GP surgeries, Dentists, Pharmacies and all other health and social care services from VCSE organisations and their local communities.
This workshop will provide you with information about the project, how you can get involved and the funding available to support VCSE organisations in delivery of the project.
