I started my working life in a local architects office, which I enjoyed, but decided to venture into a career that I hoped ‘made a difference’. I worked for several charities, including supporting troubled families and people with learning disabilities. Along the way I gained a degree in social policy and administration. I returned to my office roots when joining Action Hampshire, where I now run the Administration Team. Working for Action Hampshire is great as it combines my love of the not-for-profit sector with my enjoyment of organising a busy office and making sure the wheels run as smoothly as possible.
