NCVO has recently produced its latest UK Civil Society Almanac

As Sir Stuart Etherington acknowledges the 2019 Almanac * “focuses on what can be readily measured" not the wider outcomes that the Sector achieves. It is still a valuable snapshot of the Sector and demonstrates what we collectively contribute to the country.

An interesting statistic: Nine in ten UK households have accessed services provided by voluntary organisations at some point, with children and young people remaining the most common beneficiary group.
